This ensured virtually all timesheets being on time, with more accurate and timely information for everyone. This is still in use several years later.
- Restructuring the processes of a consulting company. At the onset of the project, five overhead staff was required to support twenty billable staff. After streamlining their processes and maximizing their current technology, billing staff was doubled to forty and overhead reduced to two people.
- Revamped the support structures of an IT department. By implementing a 'networked PC' environment and maximizing current technology, help desk calls were reduced and desktop stability greatly increased.
- Implementing software development methodologies where no previous methodologies existed. This structure provided for an efficient project process that was repeatable and successful.
